Cloning...

AI's biggest promise is to super-charge human performance. Fluency taught your people to prompt.  Cloning is how you cash that promise, by maximizing the AI deployments you've already made and giving your people something worth prompting: a working version of how someone actually thinks, decides, and works.  Not a custom assistant with preferences. Not a chatbot trained on documents. A captured representation of a real operator, available on demand.

Once the AI fluency wave passes, cloning will be table stakes for optimal human performance. The teams that build the capability now will operate a year ahead of the ones that wait.

We build two kinds of clones.

The layer after AI fluency

Personal clones are built from one person, for that person.  They think the way they think, draft the way they draft, and take on the work that fragments their day.  This is the layer most AI work skips,  not enablement, not coaching, the place where the two meet.  The promise is amplification: more of their best work, fewer of the tasks that pull them off it, and real control over how their time gets spent.

Individual clones work across the organization, from the executive team down through managers and key operators, calibrated to the role they support.

Both built with the consent of the person being cloned and governed with clear agreements on use, scope, and retirement.

Individual Clones
Team Clones

Cohort clones carry the collective intelligence of a leadership team, function, or operating pod: the strategy, the standards, the language, the way real decisions get made here. The result is organizational coherence at scale, the company's way of operating, available consistently, without depending on which manager happens to be in the room.

How we deploy:

Most engagements start at the top — the leadership team or a senior function — and expand outward as the model proves itself.  You don't have to clone the whole organization on day one to get the value.

What you get:

A deployed clone (team or individual) built, tested, and handed over ready to use. Includes the capture sessions, the deployment, the operating guide, and the governance framework your team

Your organization operates with the coherence it was designed for.  Your people operate with the amplification they were hired for.

Both, at the same time.
